We all know when we have conflicts with other people healthy communications and dialogues are essential to resolving them, it is the same with ourselves.

How often do we engage in healthy communications with our own selves, with our bodies .
when we fail to have these healthy communications it is very damaging to our Health and our Qi. (Qi is the energy of everything in the Universe, including us).

How aware are we with the way that we speak and treat our own body? Do you love what you see when you look in the mirror?

Sometimes it is as if we have dozens of persona’s inside our own heads, we have the voices of our parents, our teachers and then we have the voices of ourselves.

What do we do to calm these voices down when they are getting to loud?

Do we ignore them and go and do something else, make ourselves busy, think of something else.

What about when we are woken in the middle of the night?

That anxiety, the panic attack, the hot flashes, the dreads, the voices in our heads.

Have you ever though that perhaps these are just parts of us that want to be heard.

 

Maybe you have noticed that you tend to eat more when you are bothered or when you feel stressed.

You may be drawn to different foods or substances that are harmful to your health, you know you don’t want to be eating more food or drinking again, yet there you go in the pantry or the refrigerator again.

When we choose to elevate our own life we can find healthier ways of listening to those parts of us that want to be heard.

We learn with practice to become aware of what is disturbing to our inside condition so we can experience our natural state of being calm, relaxed, natural and joyful.

We give those feelings and emotions a voice and release the inside conflict then we no longer have a need to wake ourselves up, or for that matter to beat ourselves up.

We learn by doing this that we can trust in ourselves and others and we can open our own hearts and our minds to the highest potential of who we truly are.

This is a practice not just for your body but your mind and Qi.These three elements are always working together with each other to bring you the experiences you are having in your life right now.

The state of your Life and your Health is dependent on these three flowing in a harmonious way together.
